All orders are shipped from Canoga Park, CA 91304. In limited cases where we don't have stock on hand, we will drop ship from the manufacturer to save time.

Sales taxes are charged to California Residents only. For international orders, we do not charge export documentation fees or taxes. All import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot mark items as "gift" as we can be fined.

We generally ship most domestic orders over 5 lbs via UPS. Orders under that weight may go by priority mail. This is at our discretion and can be changed when deemed necessary. International orders must have specific shipping fees quoted. We ship through USPS Express or UPS WorldWide only. This is necessary to have tracking information. Any of the lesser services do not have guaranteed delivery times and usually get lost. We'd like for you receive your item vs. waiting for unspecified length of time and in many cases waiting for insurance claims.

The shopping cart is tied in to the UPS system and provides dynamic rates based on weight and zip code. You will be provided shipping methods ranging from Ground, 2 Day, and 3 Day Air.

Note: Though we try to ensure accuracy with the shipping charges, if the system calculates an inaccurate shipping cost as can happen for oversized or for areas not served by the method picked, we reserve the right to recalculate the shipping and handling cost. This occurs in very limited cases. We will advise you of any variance before sending the order or charging any payments. You will notice our shipping is charges are very fair and there will be no big surprises.

Shipping time is defined by Time to Process + Shipping Method = Shipping Time. We take 1-4 business days time to process. Your shipping method will define the total time necessary to get to your doorstep. The shipping method, such as 2 or 3 day air, does not necessarily decrease the processing time.
