Matrix Racing's goal is to provide a wide selection of brand-name import performance products at extremely low prices. In doing so, we adhere to the following terms and conditions.
All orders placed with Matrix Racing (phone, fax, mail, internet/web, or email) constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on www.matrixracing.com. All orders shipped to a California address are charged 8.25% sales tax. This is required by the California State Board of Equalization. In the event that an order placed on the site does not calculate sales tax and the order is being shipped to a California address, Matrix Racing will calculate the sales tax when the order is processed. There will be no notification made regarding the adjustment of the total amount of the order reflecting sales tax. All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Some product pictures for lighting products may not reflect the exact year or make/model as another similar lamp may be used to demonstrate how a product looks. Please be advised the many aftermarket parts, including but not limited to, lighting parts (headlights, tail lamps, indicators, sidemarkers, etc) are not sold with instructions. They are made as OEM style replacements. The manufacturer assumes the end-user to either have competent knowledge of installation or will take it to a professional installer. Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available. Matrix Racing will process all orders in a timely fashion, but we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control. All orders will be filled subject to availability. We will keep you updated if any problems arise. Any type of refunds or returns are subject to the Warranty & Returns policy below. Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Some parts are sold as aftermarket/show use only. Matrix Racing disclaims liability for use other than intended. Matrix Racing reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason. Any orders authorized or charged will be fully refunded.
Refused or Return shipments
Refused or undeliverable shipments are not grounds for a refund. The shipment, if returned, will be held until a $10 handling fee and funds to cover re-shipping are secured. Please use an address where someone will be available to accept shipment to minimize problems. If an address change occurs during a UPS shipment, through no fault of our own, we charge a $5 change of address fee (this fee is charged to us by UPS). If you chose to cancel the order, then the 25% restocking fee will apply and we will deduct shipping charges from the refund.
*All special ordered items and refused items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please inspect your delivery immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours. Backordered items will ship separately. Please inspect the packing list. If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. If an items is missing, please notify the shipper and Matrix Racing immediately. Failure to do so limits our ability to correct the situation. Shipping companies require immediate notification for inspection.
Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for the package. Please note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages. If damages are found, please notify shipping company and Matrix Racing immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours. KEEP ALL PACKAGING, INCLUDING SHIPPING CARTON. DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval.
The website cannot calculate faster shipping. You can process these orders by phone or email. Any expedited shipping method only instructs Matrix Racing to use that method of shipping when the order is processed and ready to ship. There is no guarantee of the delivery time and if an expected delivery time isn't met, Matrix Racing cannot be held responsible. No refund of shipping charges will be given and if the order is cancelled, a 25% restocking fee and loss of of shipping costs will result from the refund. We can not use any customer's account numbers with any freight company for any type of shipping. Expedited shipping is offered is a courtesy and may not be available for certain items. Warranty & Returns
All parts sold by matrix racing are sold on an as is basis, the only warranties applying to these parts are those that may be offered by the manufacturer as limited warranties. Not all parts will fit perfect or perform as desired. This is the nature of aftermarket accessories and parts. We get the best product available (based on personal/customer experience, reputation, etc.), but we cannot control undesirable issues such as fitment or performance. Some body parts may not fit special trims of vehicles which are unknown to us or the manufacturer. Matrix Racing hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person(s) to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of these parts. The buyer shall not be entitled to recover from Matrix Racing any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profit, loss of income, any costs of modification/installation, any shipping costs (both going to and/or returning to us), or any other incidental or secondary damages. Parts are aftermarket and are intended for off road use only unless specified. Please check your local laws and research the parts you wish to purchase to insure they are the correct items you want to purchase.
Any cancellations and returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless of reason for the return. We offer only exchanges in the event of defective items. Items that do not fit are not considered defective due to the nature of aftermarket parts. Defective items may be returned for replacement subject to the above paragraph within 21 days and the following restrictions:
All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware. Returns must not be damaged in any way or this will void any refund or exchange.
Most lighting and performance products require professional installation to function properly. They are not sold with any instructions as they are designed as OEM replacements. Using a professional installer can avoid any problems that can often be found with an inexperienced installer of aftermarket products. Installation of items, done improperly, cannot be returned. Additionally, returning an item because one doesn’t know how to personally install it themselves will result in restocking fees and loss of s/h fees. The allowance of a return assumes the item is/was not installed, used, or broken and it was shipped back to use safely in the new, original condition.
We cannot be responsible for fitment or quality of bodyparts, bodykits, and carbon fiber hoods. In the event that it doesn't fit, you agree to return it prepaid. The return item(s) must be returned in the same new condition without any type of marks, broken pieces, scratches, or other signs of use or install. It must be packaged properly and be received by use in it's original condition. We are not responsible for how a customer packs an item as we have no control over this. If you have questions, please ask us, or will assume you know how to properly pack the item for a safe return. Any exchanges will require the buyer to pay for the item to be re-shipped. Any warranties existing are from the manufacturer. Items described are often described from information provided from the manufacturer and does not bind Matrix Racing to their description. Unless we state a specific term length of warranty, they are sold as-is. These items are not guaranteed to fit or perform as desired due to the nature of the materials used. Refunds are given less shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
Clearance Items & Group Buys:
These are products that have discounted due to discontinuation, overstock, or we are offering a limited promotion. These items are not eligible for refund. Customer may receive store credit if no exchange is available. Customer is responsible for returning products freight pre-paid. In the event of a warranty issue, standard warranty is 30 days and the customer must cover return cost of the exchange since the item has already been discounted.
Exchanges: You must return the item(s) to MatrixRacing.com first before replacement part(s) will be sent. Tips: do not throw away your original part(s) and pack safely they way you got it!
Products can not be installed or otherwise show signs of wear. No refunds or exchange on any part that has been modified or painted.
Please read the labels on the boxes when you receive the product. Returning a product that you later found to be the wrong one shipped after you tried installing it is not grounds for a return. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can rectify the situation.
No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special order items, custom order items, electronic products, light bulbs, and body kits.
Standard warranty is 30 days for any parts unless otherwise specified. Some manufacturers, such as Depo, TYC, or IPCW may offer longer durations. If you are unsure, please contact us with specific part number to check.
All returns/exchanges must be shipped freight prepaid. We do not pay for shipping on returned/exchanged items except if we shipped the wrong item (i.e. wrong color, wrong model, wrong year, etc). Returns must be returned through a trackable method and insured. If we cannot verify receipt of the product to us, we can't process the return.
Returns are shipped via a ground method at our discretion unless the customer pays for the difference for expedited shipping. Prior expedited shipping on the original order has no bearing on the second return method of shipping.
Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a handling fee of $10 and and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction costs, and insurance) are not refundable. If you want your item back, you'll need to pay all shipping and handling costs back to you. No exception.
If we can not get you a suitable replacement for an exchange within 3 weeks, we will refund your money less shipping costs.
Any products returned to us that our not our own is an act of malice and fraud. Some items (and eventually all) contain hidden security identifiers which must be intact when we receive the product. We will not replace or return the product if it is being passed off as one of our own or does not contain the marking. We will report such actions the postal service (for mail fraud), and any applicable local law enforcement. The item sent to us will be disposed of without further recompense.
All products returned to Matrix Racing must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Matrix Racing. The RMA is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. If the return is not received in that time, we may refuse the return. Please contact us by phone or email to request an RMA number and return instructions.
All information submitted to us is private. We do not rent, sell, distribute information to anyone. We respect your privacy.
All Prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a price variance, will notify you prior to shipping.
Some items illustrated are illegal on the road, unless specifically stated to be DOT/SAE approved. Those items are only intends for static display vehicles or for off-road racing vehicles. Items are advised to be used only in closed circuit. Public road and Highway uses are strictly prohibited. Please check local laws for applicability.
In the event that our computer server/database encounters technical difficulties which causes problems with our product pricing, shipping calculations, or sales tax computations, Matrix Racing will correct all discrepencies at the time of processing. Customers will be notified of any errors and will have the option to continue with the order with corrected totals or to cancel the order. Matrix Racing will not be held for responsible for typographical errors or any miscalculated totals due to server errors.
You agree that any legal action brought against Matrix Racing shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation to resolve disputes or indifferences, all claims and filings must be made with the Los Angeles Municipal Court located in Van Nuys, California. Customers will acknowledge and agree to this stipulation once the transaction has been made with Matrix Racing.
We accept personal checks, company checks, and cashier's checks for all products. Simply place an online order, and then mail your check with a printed copy of your order confirmation page to:

Please write your order number and email address on the check. Currently we are only able to accept money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check. Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.
We process your order after we receive your check. For personal and company checks, we process your order after the funds clear. Please allow 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time payment is received and funds clear.
Note: Paying by check does slow down your order significantly. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order two to three weeks. Please select another method of payment if you can’t wait this amount of time.

We accept money orders for all products. Simply place an online order, and then mail your money order with a printed copy of your order confirmation page to:

4. Credit Cards:
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There are no credit card surcharges. Please be sure to provide the exact name, billing address, and telephone number as they appear on the credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the time processing the order. Orders that are shipped to an address other than the billing address listed with the credit card company require a temporary, alternate shipping note added to the account. Applying this note may also cause a short delay in processing time as we will need to verify this manually. We must verify and secure funds before shipment is made. This is for your security. Please note that we will only accept credit cards issued by a bank or other financial institution within the U.S., possessions, and Canada with verifiable references. If the bank is unable to provide verification, we will contact you for alternate arrangements. All transactions are subject to verification for safety and security purposes.
Please note, your order will not be shipped until payment is received and verified from PayPal.com. We will only ship to a confirmed and verified address on paypal. Should the address be unconfirmed, we will cancel the order. Please be aware that Paypal payments using E-Check will take 4-5 business days to complete, therefore your pricing and shipment is not guaranteed unless the funds are verified and completed with Paypal. You will be forwarded to PayPal after the checkout process is done to complete payment method using PayPal. Please click \“continue\” on the last PayPal screen when you complete the payment.
6. Western Union:
We take Western Union Quick Collect (US) & Quick Pay (International). It’s fast convenient and the costs are low. Orders paid via Western Union will process quicker as there is no wait time like a wire transfer or check or mailed in payment. Please select the Western Union option during check.
